Drill Breakdown
- Instructor leads exercises with loud count: squats, star jumps, push-ups, jogging.
- Kids follow the count and movement.
- Add short sprints or stance transitions.
- Maintain group rhythm and unity.
Progressions
- Increase rep count gradually.
- Add two-exercise combinations.
- Add fighting stance transitions between movements.
Variations
- Call and Response: instructor counts, kids repeat.
- Silent Drill: kids follow without sound.
- Freeze Drill: instructor calls “Freeze” mid-exercise.
