Objective

Setup

Kids stand in clear rows with spacing.

Instructor stands at the front.

Drill Breakdown

  1. Instructor leads exercises with loud count: squats, star jumps, push-ups, jogging.
  2. Kids follow the count and movement.
  3. Add short sprints or stance transitions.
  4. Maintain group rhythm and unity.

Progressions

  • Increase rep count gradually.
  • Add two-exercise combinations.
  • Add fighting stance transitions between movements.

Variations

  • Call and Response: instructor counts, kids repeat.
  • Silent Drill: kids follow without sound.
  • Freeze Drill: instructor calls “Freeze” mid-exercise.

  • Emphasise loud, clear group counting.
  • Keep tempo steady.
  • Encourage a sense of teamwork.
